What this is for. If you have a relationship with a vetted supplier or buyer and believe there is a genuine fit, this form lets you make a formal, recorded introduction. The counterparty will then be invited to complete their own enquiry. This form replaces an email chain — it makes sure nothing is missed and everything is captured for compliance.

How introductions work at GGT Prime

Your introduction is received and logged in our compliance system along with your relationship declaration.
We review the information you provide. If the counterparty fits our sourcing or offtake criteria, we invite them to submit a full enquiry.
You may be contacted for additional context about the relationship. No commercial terms are discussed with the counterparty without your knowledge.
If a transaction concludes, a introducer fee or commission arrangement, if agreed separately, is handled under a separate introducer agreement outside this form.
